How do I Register?

Step 1 –  From the Home page click on ‘Register’ (top right)
Step 2 – On the Register page click ‘Operator Registration’
Step 3 – Enter all your details* (Your email will be your user name)
Step 4 – Once the registration is successful, you will receive an email stating that we (eBusStation) need to verify your account.
Step 5 – Once your account has been verified by us you will be notified in less than 24hrs via email.
Step 6 – You can now access your account. Remember, your email is your username.

Note: Your Road Passenger Transport Operator Licence needs to be correct. We will be verifying that this number matches those held by the Department of Transport.

My Account/ Dashboard

After we have verified your Road Passenger Transport Operator Licence, you will have access to your account/dashboard for the first time.

To view and quote upcoming trips, you will need to complete the following 3 steps.
Step 1 – Update your trip area preferences. Click on the link ‘Update your trip area preferences’ (highlighted in red on your dashboard)
a.  Select your base location (You will be able to quote for trips leaving and coming to your base location)
b.  Select the counties you wish to cover (You will be able to quote for trips leaving and coming into each of the counties you select)
c.  Click  ‘Update’ to save the changes

Note: You will get email notification of all trips coming into and going out of the areas you have selected. If you do not want to receive all trip notifications, only select the areas you are willing to service.

Step 2 – Update your trip booking type preferences. Click on the link  ‘Update your trip booking type preferences’ (highlighted in red on your dashboard)
a.  Select each of the trip types you wish to be able to quote for
b. Click ‘Update’ to save changes

Note: You will get email notification of all trips coming into and going out of the areas you have selected. If you do not want to receive all trip notifications, only select the areas you are willing to service.

Step 3 – To add your buses, click on the link ‘Start adding your buses’ (highlighted in red on your dashboard)
a.  Enter your bus registration number
b.  Enter the number of seats available
c.   Enter the bus features (Make your bus stand out from your competitors)
d.  Click ‘Add’ to save changes

You are now ready to quote for trips

How to Quote for Trips?

When a quote for a trip is submitted from a customer and it is within the criteria you set out in your area and trip preferences, you will receive a notification with the trip details via your email. To submit a price for the trip, you must log into your dashboard through the login button (Top right)

Quote from the dashboard (when you have your area and trip preferences selected and buses added)

a.  Under trip requests, click ‘View’ on a trip that you want to quote for
b.  Review the trip details and click ‘Quote This Trip Now’
c.  Select the bus for the trip
d.  Enter your price for the trip. Note: eBusStation’s commission will be 15% of the price you quote, so build this into your price. (Our commision is capped at €65)
e.  Select how long your quote is valid for
f.  Read the ‘Terms and conditions ’ and tick the box to continue
g. Click ‘Send Your Quote’ to submit the quote.

Note: The customer will automatically receive your quote and when they have decided on the most appropriate bus operator and paid the 15% commission, the bus operator will be notified by email with the customer’s details and it will appear on their dashboard. The remaining 85% will be paid to you as per your terms and conditions which you must arrange with the customer

Quote from the live map

a.  From the dashboard click on  ‘Live map’
b.  Click on an icon on the map to view a trip
c.  Click ‘View’ to see the trip details
d.  Review the trip details and click ‘Quote This Trip Now’
e.  Select the bus for the trip
f.  Enter your price for the trip. (Remember, eBusStation’s commission will be 15% of the price you quote)
g.  Select how long your quote is valid for
h.  Tick the box after you have read the terms and conditions

i. Click ‘Send Your Quote’ to submit the quote

If the customer accepts your quote you will receive email confirmation of this. This email will contain the contact details of the customer. On your dashboard you will also be able to see these details under ‘Upcoming Trips’

Your Profile

At eBusStation we encourage bus operators to make a lasting first impression as they present themselves to the customers. This is why we will be making your profile visible to each customer you are submitting quotes for.

From the dashboard, select your view/edit profile and select optional. In here, you can really sell yourself and your business by describing your company, add up to 10 images/ pictures and selecting how long you have been in business. This information will be visible to any customers you submit a quote for so we encourage bus operators to spend a little time on this and try to make your business stand out from your competitors.
