Customers

1. How do I book a bus?
Click on the Plan Trip tab on the home screen. Fill in the location you are travelling from and to and date and time of pick up. Also fill in the reason for the trip, the number of seats required and when you want the request to expire. When these are complete, submit your quote by logging in to your account or if you are new to the site, you will have to register.

2. Do I need to login to submit a quote?
Yes, all customers must login to submit and accept their quotes.

3. How do I confirm a booking?
The only way you can confirm your booking is through your dashboard. Select the appropiate operator that suits your needs and pay eBusStation the booking fee. To view  our booking fee in our Terms and Conditions please Click Here

4. Do I need to pay the booking fee to confirm the booking?
Yes, the booking fee must be paid to eBusStation and this confirms your booking.

5. What happens after the booking fee is paid?
A confirmation email will be sent to you with your trip details and confirmation of your payment. Also, your contact details will be sent to the Bus Operator you have  selected and you will receive the Bus Operators contact details. (Back to the Top)

6. When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance must be paid to the Bus Operator as per their terms and conditions. We advise customers to make contact with the Bus Operator to arrange this. (Back to the Top)

7. Why do you need my phone number?
Your phone number will be passed to the selected Bus Operator after the booking fee has been paid. They may contact you to confirm bookings and arrange for the balance to be paid. (Back to the Top)

8. How do I contact the bus Operator about my trip?
After the booking fee is paid, you will have access to the details of the Bus Operator you have selected including their contact details. (Back to the Top)

9. Who do I contact if I have a problem with my booking?
We advise customers to contact the Bus Operator directly and log the complaint/problem with them. (Back to the Top)

10. Where can I see all the quotes I’ve requested?

11. Where can I see all the quotes I accepted?

12. Where can I see my booking history?

13. How can I leave feedback on my trip?
The customer that made the booking will be sent a 1 minute survey via email after the booking has been completed. (Back to the Top)

Bus Operators

1. How much does it cost from me to register on the site?
Nothing! It’s free to register and quote for an unlimited number of trips. (Back to the Top)

2. How does eBusStation generate their revenue?
We charge a booking fee of 15% which must be paid by customers as part of the booking process. The remaining balance is paid to the Bus Operator as per your terms and conditions. (Back to the Top)

3. Why do I need my Road Passenger Transport Operator’s Licence or SPSV licence number to register on the site?
eBusStation will check all Road Passenger Transport Operator’s Licence and SPSV licence numbers as part of the registration process. This is to ensure that legitimate Bus Operators will only be allowed register and quote for Business. (Back to the Top)

4. Who do I contact if I have a problem accessing my account?

5. How do I know if there is business to quote for?
eBusStation will send you an email advising you of the details of the business you can quote for. If you would like to quote for this, you must login to your account. (Back to the Top)

6. Why should I create a bus profile?
Bus Operators have the option to create a profile for each of your buses. Customers will see your bus profile if you select a bus when you quote for the trip. (Back to the Top)

7. What detail can I include on my profile?
You can include as much or as little details as you want. We advise Bus Operators to use their profile as a tool to advertise any unique features they or a particular bus they  may have. This may make them stand out from their competitors. Please be advised that eBusStation does not tolerate any direct poaching of customers away from eBusStation as per our Terms and Conditions(Back to the Top)

8. How many buses can I have on my profile?
You can put as many buses on your profile as you would like. (Back to the Top)

9. Can I see and make quotes from outside my area?
In your dashboard, you can select the counties you would like to get quotes from. You will have an opportunity to quote for business from these counties only. (Back to the Top)

10. Can I pick specific groups to quote for?
In your dashboard, you can select the groups you would prefer to quote for. You will only receive quotes from customers that have selected these group(s) when they are filling in their trip details. (Back to the Top)

11. How do I know if my quote was successful?
eBusStation will send you a confirmation email to advise you that your quote has been successful.

12. How do I know who the customer is?  
eBusStation will send the details of the customer to your dashboard. (Back to the Top)
