How do I Register?

Step 1 – From the home page on the top right click on  ‘Register’
Step 2 – Click on‘I want to hire a bus’
Step 3 – Enter your details (your email address will be your user name)
Step 4 – Tick the box after you have read the terms and conditions and click on  ‘Register as a Customer’
Step 5 – Check your email and click on the link to verify your email

You can now access your dashboard!

How do I book a trip?

1. From the Home Page
Step 1 – In the Plan Your Trip Now box, enter where you want to go and the date you wish to travel and click ‘Lets Go’
Step 2 – Fill in all trip details, outbound time, untick return trip if one way, return date and time, reason for trip, seating requirements, the time frame in which the bus operators will have to respond to your request and any additional information for the bus operator
Step 3 – Tick the box after you have read the terms and conditions and click ‘Login’ or ‘Register’ (if you are a first time user you will need to register)
Step 4 – When you login you can review your trip details – if the details are not correct, click ‘Modify Trip’ and change details, otherwise select ‘Confirm’. Bus operators will be notified of your request and if interested they can submit a quote

 

2.From your Dashboard/Account
Step 1 – Click on “Plan Trip” on the left menu in your dashboard/account after you have logged in.
Step 2 – Fill in all trip details, outbound time, untick return trip if one way, return date and time, reason for trip, seating requirements, the time frame in which the bus operators will have to respond to your request and any additional information for the bus operator
Step 3 – Tick the box after you have read the terms and conditions and click ‘Login’ or ‘Register’ (if you are a first time user you will need to register)
Step 4 – Review your trip details, if the details are not correct click ‘Modify Trip’ and change the details, otherwise select ‘Confirm’. Bus operators will be notified of your request and if interested they can submit a quote

After you have submitted a quote request, you will be notified by email every time a Bus Operator has responded to your request. You can then log into your dashboard/account to view the quote!

How do I confirm a trip?

Step 1 – From your dashboard you can see the trips you have requested quotes for under “My requests”.
Step 2 – Click ‘info/quotes’ on a  specific trip. In here you can view the quotes that have come from any Bus Operators that has responded to your trip request. Click ‘view’  and you can see the details of the individual Bus Operator that has submitted the quote
Step 3 – When you have found a Bus Operator that you are happy with, tick the box after you have read the terms and conditions and click  ‘Accept and pay deposit’. The Deposit is 15% which is payable to eBusStation through Stripe, our secure payment platform. The remaining balance will be paid to the Bus Operator you have selected as per their terms and conditions
Step 4 – Enter your payment details and click ‘Pay’

Your trip is now booked with the Bus Operator you have selected and you will get an email confirming the payment you have just made. The Bus Operators contact details will also be included in the email. The Bus Operator will also get an email with your details. We advise all customers to make contact with the Bus Operator after we have given you their details.

Navigating your dashboard

From your dashboard you can do a number of things including;

– Update/edit your Profile
– View your billing history and export it to excel
– Plan your next trip
– View your current quotes and quote history
View upcoming Trips and the Bus Operators contact details
– View your trip history
